WEBINARS
We will be hosting our next webinars on June 10 at 11 a.m. and June 11 at 3 p.m. The main focus of this webinar will be the check-in/orientation and check out information that is provided to each family.

THE MORE YOU KNOW: CYSTIC FIBROSIS
We know you may have questions about our procedures for hosting guests with cystic fibrosis, and we want to assure you that we’ll do everything we can to make their stay safe and comfortable.

VENUE ENHANCEMENTS
The Park of Dreams pool and Bob’s Sparkleberry Nature Trail have officially reopened following improvements designed to enhance the experience for wish families. The Memory Market has been completely renovated with vibrant new colors, upgraded fixtures and a more convenient layout. The concession stand in Julie’s Safari Theatre has also been enhanced and continues to offer yummy snacks, treats and beverages to our families during movies and special events. CANCELLED WISH REINSTATEMENT
For your convenience and to ensure the process runs as seamlessly as possible, here are some tips on how to reinstate a cancelled wish:
1. If a wish is cancelled, you can reschedule the same reservation directly on the portal.
2. Once logged in, click on Reschedule Wish. This is the third option down under Update Wish. This will allow you to update the dates without creating a whole new wish.
3. Rescheduling the wish will ensure we have all of the information included in one wish reservation rather than across multiple/duplicate reservations.
4. You may also reschedule a wish by emailing or calling your Give Kids The World reservationist, and they would be happy to reschedule the family or answer any questions you may have.

UPDATE: DRIVER'S LICENSES
We would like to make you aware of new policies affecting federally restricted driver’s licenses from Connecticut and Delaware which are prohibited from driving in the state of Florida. Individuals with driver’s licenses from these two states which include the restrictions outlined below will not be able to rent a car. Driver’s licenses from these two states without the below restrictions will not be affected, and normal car rental procedures should be followed.
